Cabo Roig (Red Cape) has been designated by the World Health Council as one of the healthiest places to live because of it's dry climate, abundant sunshine and average temeratures of around 20 degrees C for most of the year.

It is located about 10 kms south of the large holiday resort of Torrevieja and is characterised by distinctive red clay cliffs, sandy beaches and rocky coves. It has a well deserved reputation for its bars and restaurants which range from traditional Spanish to the finest Asian, Italian and International cuisine.
